The building is located between 3rd and 4th Streets, where Montgomery Drive turns into 3rd Street. It's wedged between the Arco/AMPM gas station on the north, the Salvation Army thrift shop on the south, and the Santa Rosa Spine Institute on the west. There is ample parking in the lot on the east side of the building.
If you're heading west on Montgomery, you'll be able to turn right into the parking lot. From any other direction, the easiest access to the parking lot is to turn into the Kelly Moore Paint Store parking lot off 4th St (located behind the AM/PM convenience store) and drive straight through that lot across the alley into the 200 Montgomery parking lot.
